La Fabrique Civile is a nonprofit association (loi 1901) founded by a small team with backgrounds in product, research, and civic work. We operate independently, without political affiliation, and reinvest all resources into our mission.

Emily Reese
President
Emily is a leader in mission-driven companies and the public sector, with experience spanning education, culture, healthcare, and more. She's a product and design director, as well as founder and president of La Fabrique Civile.
Alexandre Pisani
Treasurer
Alexandre works as a leader in education technology, serving as Director of Learning Design. He is deeply committed to the nonprofit sector as a passionate donor. He's also an accomplished graphic and motion designer.
Ludovic Suner
Secretary
Ludovic is a hospital practitioner at Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP). He has dedicated his career to public healthcare, patient impact, and scientific research in biology and hematology.
Advisory board
We are supported by a small, informal advisory board: one person per domain (health, education, social issues, etc.) who help us think better and see further.
Advisors may:

- — connect us with other practitioners or thinkers,
- — help identify meaningful public-interest projects.
The advisory board has no governance role and no administrative responsibilities.

Health
Professor Mekinian is a Professor of Medicine at Sorbonne Université and a practicing physician in the Internal Medicine Department at Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP). He brings deep expertise in healthcare and patient communication to our health initiatives.
Mathieu Nebra
Education
Mathieu is a renowned entrepreneur and cofounder of the education platform OpenClassrooms. He helps us design accessible learning experiences.
Nora Leon
Environment & Climate
Nora is a communications consultant, entrepreneur, and writer focused on positive-impact projects, especially in the green transition. She brings environmental and climate expertise to our advisory board.
